EasyPay is responsible for assisting and facilitating the business of issuing cards. Mainly responsible for all card portfolios and card issuance, enabling EasyPay account holders to withdraw cash at ATMs and perform payment transactions on POS.
- Channel communications regarding upcoming retail payment updates/campaigns.
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth operation and maximum user experience for the card product by continuously analyzing and developing/improving the process and working closely with operations / IT/vendors and delivery partners so that quick and Ensure efficient service delivery.
- Expand the card portfolio by improving developing / cell channels
- Create BRDs to improve and regulate the process
