The Business Development Specialist is responsible for ensuring DFS goals’ clarity by building strong collaborative relationships with external stakeholders. That will be done through penetration across all segments and providing a high level of stakeholder involvement, developing alternative channels for agents, businesses, and new channel qualifications, and smoothing out all queries and desired outcomes.
